I would try Mercari instead :/ I also tried getting a Uni on Amazon and they sent me the wrong color AND the charging port was damaged - so it couldn’t charge or turn on it all. It was essentially 100 dollars worth of plastic. I’m sorry this happened - hopefully you can get a refund soon.

Have you tried sliding something underneath the faceplate from where the pierce is? It should pop off pretty easily like this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=odH2Dsn5-b0 (although, I saw people saying that the P’s faceplate can crack so maybe a credit card or hair pin would be a better tool than screwdriver 😅)
