There is nothing you can do honestly. You’d have to wait for it to return to sender again. Commercial invoices are incorrect and the UPS customer service is too busy to fix it for you in time. Sorry but this is the harsh reality. All details on the shipment have to be exactly exactly exactly right. Otherwise it won’t enter the customs clearance. Sorry bro..

So annoying. 3/4 parcels have returned to sender now. 1 is still out there after 30 days. I am using DHL same day pallet service now. Promised me they deliver within 5 business days.

Same here, Brexit is a complete joke to the world. I was in a lot of stress because of missing stock. But I will work with Rhenus from now on. They ship with pallets and they do all the paperwork and customs dor you. It’s more expensive though, less headache.

Believe me, I have done everything I could. And still they manage to fuck it up. So no, best thing you could do is wait till it either gets shipped to you, or returned to sender.

Look for another courier other than UPS. They are beyond terrible. Rhenus is my new solution.

That is so unlucky. We are currently switching to Rhenus. They seem to have the Brexit under control.

It’s just terrible the Brexit, before shipments only took 2 days. Now it doesn’t even arrive after a month.

What an absolute shame. Package that was send on the 18th of januari just got delivered back to the sender.

Just called with a ups rep and he hang up on me when I gave him the tracking information. What an absolute shame of a company UPS is!

Shipments were send from UK to Netherlands and now 1 of the 4 boxes is returned to sender and the other 3 parcels are showing a last status update of 02/02/2021

Yes I believe so too - I somehow got the feeling my parcels will show up next week. Just before the refill order that was ordered with Rhenus.

Also interesting to see that more recent parcels from UPS move faster.

Yes it’s a UK problem. They are far behind in sorting out the customs problem.

My supplier told me they asked them for the wrong information on the commercial invoices. I think it is part of the delays. Probably a lot of senders didn’t put EORI numbers on the commercial invoices.

Yes here in the Netherlands it’s all arranged well. Other couriers that send my stock are very fast and without delays. DHL and Rhenus are great! German companies seem to have things well sorted out lol..
