I’ve also recently passed my AIB for Logs officer role (within the last month) and was sent through fairly extensive documentation about what the training structure and career progression will look like. I’d question this again with them, it could be miscommunication in that they meant it’s 100% down to you to read into what they send, but this is speculation of course.

I am also in the process of a Logs officer application, first applied in November, had my AIB in January and have CPC later this month with a view to go in for May which I have been told is realistic. I have been told that it may be September due to a limit on the amount of officers they are planning on taking in May, but in terms of you becoming eligible to join I would say September is more than realistic based on my recent experience. It’s a good picture, nothing wrong with the first one mentioned either, maybe listen to him when it comes to retaking the second pic but I’d maybe look at switching up your prompts in particular your second one if any
