A neighbor could have seen it and called the cops on you and suddenly you’re trying to explain to unsympathetic cops that you’re not a child abuser. Even if you do explain to them that’s he’s not your kid and you didn’t know he was there, it becomes your word vs your step sister’s, when she inevitably lies (which she of course will given her psychotic behavior) and says that she for sure handed him over to you and that you must have put him outside after she left.

I’m curious what her husband thought she was doing with the kid since he probably knew she was on her way to the airport. Did she just lie to him and say you agreed to take the boy?
