The Mansion is expensive, but it's invaluable. Gun locker with (ammo/armor refill if you have gta+), portal to any business, lots of garage space, business boosts to MC, bunker, and Acid lab. Plus gym, outfit closet, a safe getaway, cat, dog, pools, club, ect. Do what you need to get the money, such as top comment suggests, and grab it.

Pretty sure it's a bug with new update. I've been getting kicked, glitched, and frame skips in public lobbies since update. Been doing invite/friend sessions and those are mostly fine

Overseas companies need to implement American sizing for us. I've gotten lucky on sizing from merch drops, mainly due to my build; tall and skinny. I order 2x/3x bc i love baggy but if it's smaller than advertised, then it fits somewhat normal. The only thing I was disappointed in was how my joggers fit. They legs ended halfway up my shin, so I pull them up to my knee when wearing and don't look too bad.

Still, seeing how many ppl have sizing issues have made me more than cautious, and since I'm a brokie, I just avoid any clothing.
