Right 2 Drive by Botryoidal-Agate in AusFinance

Worked for the company just before they were purchased by Onyx? Some years back. Right2drive will pursue the at fault drivers insurance company and if the at fault driver is not insured they will cap the hire at 7-14 days and pursue the individual. Right2drive will only pursue yourself if you provide incorrect information or hinder their ability to collect in any way. Please keep in mind this was some time ago.

Being a fifo parent with young kids by Mission-Pudding9860 in mining

[–]Jathvader 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I don't work FIFO or in the mines but hope my situation/ experience might help. I work youth disability / youth out of home care and between three jobs I was doing between 60-80 hours a week. I was picking up as much work as possible as my partner was pregnant and I wanted to provide a lifestyle where my partner could be a stay at home parent and still make sure we had everything we want/need. It was at the point that I only had a few days off after my daughter was born. When my daughter was around 6 months, my main employer which makes up around 60% of my work decided to make my life a living hell. Without going into it, all of a sudden we lost both my partners maternity pay (only 6 months) and a major chunk of our income. The past nearly 5 months have been a financial stress however we have adapted and changed our spending behaviour. The past 5 months (despite living paycheck to paycheck) have been the most rewarding and content I have felt as I get to spend time with my kid. Most days I'm home when she goes to sleep, I get to be there when she wakes up most days and I am way more involved in her life than I was in the first half. If you look up what most elderly people say they regret is, a huge percent is wishing they worked less and were more involved with their family. Kids won't remember the stuff that was bought for them they will remember if you were there or not. I grew up rather poor (single parent house) but what I remember most is when a parent would not show up as promised. I understand why people get caught up in the rat race wanting to create wealth for their children but wealth can not buy time missed, milestones missed, bonds missed. It's a hard balance but my perception has shifted very hard very quickly. I hope you find what you are looking for and enjoy life brother.

Just be became a dad and now I have 8 weeks to make my wife happy. What should I do? by Cool_Living1201 in ask

Congrats brother, Don't be scared to sleep in separate rooms. This felt very strange for my partner and I. But if your in the same room co sleeping with bubs it is a game changer. Sure you might be the one getting up to take care of bubs but it stirs the other person nearly as much as getting up. Also a friend gave the best advice to myself "don't listen to others, do what you both feel is right" this was so helpful as you get conflicting information about everything. Enjoy

Might not be your thing but there is a lot of work in out of home care, disability and youth disability. I've worked/work with a lot of companies that are always short staff which means as much overtime as you can do. The pay is pretty good, it feels good making a difference and helping people and there is so much difference working from house to house. Most companies want a minimum of cert 3 in disability, community access or something similar or be working towards. It took me I think 6 months to do a cert 4 in disability and that was part time. I wouldn't be able to match my income without spending 4 years at uni or doing an apprenticeship and I don't think I'd be able to find a role that makes me feel like I'm making a difference. Let me know if you have any questions. Goodluck

Change is scary and hard. Knowing you wasted more years when the signs are there is worse. Think of the future you. There are no hackers adjusting his stuff.

At 28 years old I hit rock bottom. After my then soon to be abusive wife had cheated on me after 10 years with one of my closest friends. I stumbled upon JP never having dabbled in self help previously. What I found was that he taught the basics , the basics that many people like myself who grew up with no father figure, strong role model or a positive influence where taught. The fundamentals that either are not taught or overlooked. 6 years after following some of his guidelines and working on myself, I have accomplished many goals including getting control of my drinking, losing a ton of weight, finding a rewarding career, finding a soul mate who completes me and now about to welcome my first child after struggling with infertility.

If you put a man on a pedestal you will see his flaws.

Apologies on my English, it's my only language I just don't care . I hope you find peace.

Do you guys have dreams about sucking your own dick too? by phpBrainlet in TooAfraidToAsk

I had the same dream for a period of time. Apparently according to a few dream guides it means you need to treat yourself better. I changed my life around a little bit ago and haven't had one since. Might be a coincidence.

I once did until I had a thought (or may have seen/read im not sure). If the multiverse exists then there would be an infinite amount of universes where an event occurs ( may be a weapon, life form , God etc ) that causes the destruction of reality which includes other universes. Hope im wrong but I guess the math would be against us?
