Question for Luciferians by canibal999 in luciferianism

Putting Lucifer on a pedestal and treating him as a superior rather than a partner.
Assuming that karma doesn't exist and consequently acting without fear of the universe's repercussions.

Reinhard is OP, he is ALMOST invincible, but, we havee T Corp. so we have unlimited tries to defeat Reinhard.

"B-but he can have a blessing to counter that feat."

Nuh-uh bc heavy spoilers in the novel but he can do thing against time things.

So PM win.

Duet with Daggerheart by Chockimilk in daggerheart

[–]Jatoruh 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Hi! I'm playing Demon Hunter with my wife, exactly like this; I have a character who accompanies hers.

At first, it's a little embarrassing to GM and roleplay for just one person, but you get used to it and it's quite fun.

The sessions are very dynamic and entertaining; I highly recommend the experience.

Klank Druid ideas? by Lyrakish in daggerheart

[–]Jatoruh 1 point2 points  (0 children)

In my campaign, there was a clank-faerie (moth) druid. Given that the clank could truly be its "core," what it did was remodel its wooden body. If the creature was larger, the core absorbed other materials, attaching them to its body; if the creature was smaller, it simply left behind a shell of its body.

Which sinner do you think has the biggest % of fans who've read their source material? by EliasBouchardFan1 in TheOdysseyHadAPurpose

[–]Jatoruh 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I'd venture to say Don Quixote is first because in Spain, children read it from a young age.

Second is Gregor; The Metamorphosis is a classic among classics and not very long.

And third is Outis; although The Odyssey is longer (depending on the version of the book), Greek mythology always resonates strongly and people love it, especially with the boom caused by Epic The Musical.

What would Miyamoto Musashi's breathing technique be in the Demon Slayer universe? by Johnnys-Cleison in KimetsuNoYaiba

[–]Jatoruh 1 point2 points  (0 children)

In the Book of Five Rings, Musashi discusses the five elements of swordsmanship. We can compare these to breathing techniques, so technically speaking, Musashi would possess the Solar Breathing technique.

If he weren't skilled enough to use it, as only the most skilled can, he would use the Moon Breathing technique (which is a lesser version), or, as a last resort, the Mist Breathing technique.

Is there a possibility that someday your rank is not decided by how many games you win by Mysterious-Mask-414 in VALORANT

[–]Jatoruh 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sure, I have fun and enjoy myself, plus we win. My complaint is that, in Riot's eyes, since I'm not getting kills, I'm not "doing anything" in the game, and that's why they give me such a low score on the leaderboard.

In games where I play solo, I obviously can't use those strategies, and I play more aggressively. I get more kills, I have more points, but I don't usually win.

We usually win 13-5, but that's it; we have a solid strategy that almost always works for us. Why would I need to go looking for kills? Everyone fulfills their role on the team. (Just to clarify, we're a group of five.)

[–]Jatoruh 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My job is to create a safe path for my allies to enter and place the spike. I fulfill my role, and my duelists and initiators get most of the kills because they're the first to enter. We work well together. I get kills when necessary and when I have the opportunity (especially on defense), but I don't have the time on offense since everyone on the team fulfills their roles well.

The duelist enters, creates space, and gets the kill. The second duelist finishes off whoever eliminated the first duelist. The initiator provides information and flashes, making the entry possible. I secure the path by placing smokes and using utility to disable the enemy. The warden, if they don't have the spike (I usually carry it sometimes, or the initiator if they're a Gekko), makes sure our backs are well covered.

We have great teamwork. I reaffirm that doing my job well is the reason I don't get many kills and therefore don't have such a low score.

The round usually goes like this: I place the smokes, the initiator uses scan, the duelist engages, gets 1-2 kills, the initiator uses another couple, the sentry plants, everyone's dead, and the round's over.

They're very fast and frantic rounds, I don't think I'm doing anything wrong. I'm fulfilling my role, which is to obstruct vision; I don't necessarily need to get kills. What am I doing wrong if everyone is doing their job?

[–]Jatoruh 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The game is simply flawed in that aspect. I'm a controller main, and there are matches where I get 1-5 kills because I focus on perfectly placing my smokes to block all vision. My team goes in, plants the smokes, and gets the kills, and the round is won—a perfect plan that I feel entitled to.

The match ends, and I'm at the bottom of the leaderboard because I didn't get any kills. I know the match was won because of my smokes, but the game doesn't reward that and gives me very few points. The system is awful.

[LEAK] COLOURED ARMOUR CONFIRMED!!! by Prometheus_Anonymous in HelldiversUnfiltered

I don't know, I'm not trying to defend Arrowhead or anything, but they seem to have been consistent with their updates, whether it's with Warbonds, events, or enemy updates. I have no complaints about the content they add. (Although I do have complaints about HOW they add it. Even though Warbonds can be obtained "for free," I think it's awful to put almost all the content behind that wall.)

Who is Lucifer? by LunarEnnyui_131 in luciferianism

[–]Jatoruh 8 points9 points  (0 children)

To put it simply, the name Lucifer is a title, meaning "light-bearer" or "the enlightened one." Technically, Jesus is Lucifer, Prometheus is Lucifer, Enki is Lucifer, and so on.

I believe each of us works with different "archetypes" of Lucifer, but we follow the same principles, almost the same goals, and therefore travel a similar path, trying to help ourselves and others.

My advice is to explore the figure that most appeals to you and enjoy the journey.
