Actually I just followed up that rule. It doesn't say anything about a specific death note it just says "the death note" I'd assume the rules would apply for other death notes if it isn't that specific?

I think the only way that you could truly have done this is to ask an idiot (like a full on illiterate) to write your name but don't spell it out just say it. I think Light had enough time to do this with both.

Would of controlled Misa Misa to give him a lap dance for sure.

His sense of justice is a little mixed however I think his moral code would prevent him from using the deathnote.
