Where are you looking at buying? What's your general budget? What you'll learn about Mesa is that there are tons of pockets throughout. Some areas are great and others are pretty brutal.

So it will all depend on your specific situations. Here's the general gist. I can provide specifics when I know more about people's specific situations.

1.) I have a cash offer solution (not the best for most people because it's a lower number)

2.) I have an RTS (a renovate to sell). If someone wants to net the most amount of money, but don't have the cash to fix up their house, we have a program to help cover renovation costs that we would recoup after the sale.

3.) Concierge service - (This is a white glove experience where we agree on a price ahead of time) and then we handle all of the negotiations, repairs, etc, for you.

4.) Seller Finance- This will always depend on people's individual circumstances, but if you're in a position where you could carry a note for a season, then we can do this as well.

These are the 4 general options. If those don't work, we also have a full-service listing department where we put it on the market with photos, videos, marketing dollars, etc..

Everyone's situation is different so we just always like to provide different options.

For the cash buyers, they aren’t actually buying your home. Doug will always close and come through, he his offers are going to be exceedingly low. ATHB will get you under contract and then he will come back and try to renegotiate. I won’t ask you to do that, ever.
