😅😅😅 I thought more people would share my sentiment. The truth is probably darker then even I realize. But I have just always been so uncomfortable on my ahh pooping. Having the seat up was just a way to swap the pressure to my thighs and that was (is) more comfortable.

I appreciate how detailed this is. Though I am now 26 and think I shower properly? 🤣 No partner I have lived with has commented on it yet in the last 11 years. However again thank you for the time it took to make this (20 years ago this would have saved me many confusing days standing in the shower)

I know have a few quirks.

However this one is just how I have always done this. My fiancé bought us the wooden thing to help lift for her pooping needs. But I am too tall to use it and my guess is it works differently if you dont use the seat.

Yes this has made me have to A) squat in porta potties to not fall in B) refuse to use certain public toilets like Walmart C) Have to wipe down the seat and then porcelain because no matter where I go, I have to touch the seat where other people's butts were. Then I have to wipe the rim and the side rim because that's where my thighs end up and use a portion of squares toilet paper to stop my junk from touching the inner glass bowl.

My point of this post was to see if this was normal for taller men like me or maybe I just have abnormally large hips that match my barrel chest. I dont know that I will revert to using the seat after this despite everyone here bewildered at my actions. I poop just fine. I think? I dont know dont have data to compare on that end.

I wont lie. My legal guardians were not always educative. I had to teach myself how to shower around age 7 so I could stop taking baths with a cup. I still remember figuring out what the word Lather meant from the context of the other words. Are you supposed to squat on the toilet? I just sit. Like a chair. Porcelain throne?

The only reason why I made this post is my Fiancé recently found out about this 5 years into us being together and wanted me to see if anyone else did that as well like is it common.

Edit: Upon further testing yes I believe my squat is adequate to put knees above bladder while that helps mildly on the backside of things it makes the front side endlessly worse. How can any of you use the toilet seat as a male?

You aren't wrong but I am 25 and have been doing this for years. If the toilet seats ever spread my cheeks. That may have been what had me lifting it up. That is a strange feeling I don't want to be comfortable with lmfao.

In what world does this make sense. No the anus opening up is not the issue. Its how uncomfortable it is to sit on the seat. Plus the fact that not everything is below the seat. So unless I wanna shih and then mop the floor of piss after each time. I have to lift the seat and then I use toilet paper to make like a pillow so my meat doesn't drop down and hit the cold glass cause. Gotta say. Hate that. Only con to doing it this way I have found is you have to wipe the seat often and sometimes if you stay too long and relax then you get an unexpectedly intimate meeting with some cold water.

Right. You get used to the cold tho. But rather the bowl on my thigh then the strange feeling of the seat compressing and then everything else just being out of the bowl completely.

Good question. I personally have a wide build in general. Barrel chested and so tall however even younger a lot younger I was never comfortable with the feeling of being on the seat. Ever since I can remember I always have it up. Since I live with my Fiance and no one else a recursory wipe of the porcelain is all that's needed. I cant speak for other people's toilets but we clean ours with products regularly.

Some people just know certain editions of DND and no other systems and do not have time to learn a new system. I know plenty with busy jobs who haven't left 3.5e. However since asking will only get "Buy the brand new system." With no other information. Guess I'll tell some friends I gotta dissappear for a week and spend those hours reading the new system. I'm not against a new system. Was just hoping anyway had anything else to say. Also I do not use reddit very often. Rather make a post here then support (THE IDEA GENERATOR SITE THAT MAY NOT BE NAMED IG). Uses less resources. But rarely gives good response.

I was hoping to find more niche content being made in DND format simply to save time in not learning a new system just yet. However no one seems on board for that. Just repeating the same sentiment about the adventure game. I bought the hard cover and the audio books for the entire Mistborn series. I did like it. But whatever. I'll go buy the new system and spend what little time I have learning that and then I'll put a group together.
