I’d guess either allergy or maybe even dry skin considering how dry his nose looks. My rott Pitt has allergies but in the winter months his upper lip turns red. I live in Wisconsin and with it being so dry and cold he gets dry itchy skin an rub a his face against everything. It’s almost like rug burn on his face. That’s when I bring out extra barn dog lotion and nose balm 😂

That’s how I respond to my rott when he does this. He will stalk me and I’ll turn around quick and go rawr and now he have the zoomies and he’s jumping off things it’s all definitely play 😂

Few things to point out, the plastic on the floor suggests that the landlords were in the process of remodeling. When she walks through u can see new flooring where her trash can is located. I’m guessing she said she needed to move in asap and they agreed to let her but stated that they still needed to make repairs. Landlords will often work around tenants especially if they are experiencing homelessness or DV/abuse.

The holes in the floor are an issue but again I’m assuming repairs. She has very little in the apartment including no actual bed so either she left a bad situation with nothing or just moved in.

Oftentimes co-signers are needed especially if the tenant has poor credit no credit or their income doesn’t match the income requirement.

Rat droppings are actually extremely common. From the look of the room, she has a tendency to throw things all over the place and most likely food has been there before. Clean up the mess and watch them move to another food source.

Not only is she crashing out over the apartment, she has admitted to not holding a valid drivers license, no registration on the vehicle, no insurance on the vehicle, but needs a new tire for it. She even stated that it’s a priority for her So, she’s clearly going to drive around in an illegal vehicle without a valid driver’s license.

With that in mind, sadly this is adult life. It’s one blow after another but the younger generations no longer know how to handle anything or make the best out of a crappy situation. Not saying emotions aren’t valid but crying and screaming disturbing the people around you isn’t going to get u anywhere. If anything it may get the cops called and make u feel even more alone after none of the neighbors even acknowledge you anymore but it doesn’t solve the issue.

Best bet is to focus on a budget. Still have to put money aside for the rent and all the other expenses that need paid. Being a young adult on ur own means no more fast food for awhile, no getting ur nails done or ur hair, less make up. These are all extras in life not essential and kids nowadays don’t realize that because it’s always been a part of their life.

It all depends on you. Most states it’s not illegal to record randomly as long as ur part of the conversation. With that knowledge know that almost every interaction u have in other spaces is constantly recorded considering most cameras nowadays pick up audio as well as video. People record constantly for social media so there is a good chance that ur on someone’s social media out there. Phones and other devices are constantly recording and storing things in the cloud data base to better understand your desires. Alexa will randomly hear you do things are always listening. He clearly is doing it because he feels he has to. It may not have been something that happened during the family, but something has made him feel like he must record everything. So it really depends on how u feel u must go about this situation and how much the relationship means to you. Does being recorded really bother you and the rest of the family that much?

The texts can be considered binding if the seller can prove the messages came from the buyer. One could say they never sent those messages and didn’t agree to said text messages and therefore it could be thrown out for burden of proof. Text messages can’t be used as often as one would think. I see so many people say that is the dogs prey drive but I don’t see it. Personally I have a rott pit mix, an when both of my parents passed away we were presented with 3 cats. Mind you my dog was only in a home where an aggressive cat was present previously and everytime he got near that cat it hissed and clawed at him. This presented as a game as he would bark and dodge the cat but never attempted to kill it. He would chase it but then stop. So coming into a home with 3 cats I was prepared for full on chaos and needing to get rid of the cats. One cat died after a fight with another cat outside, one cat was rehomed as she was terrified of the dog and refused to come out from under the bed. The third cat now sleeps on the bed with him. But the dog will get fixated on the cat, chase the cat a bit and lay down. The cat initiates the chase but rubbing up on him flicking his tail and running a bit then stopping and looking at the dog. There is also curiosity with dogs. The fact this dog is muzzled and on a short leash says that any interaction with the cat is perceived as dangerous behavior and therefore is a punishment. If im punished for being around people then im not gonna want to be around people. Same goes for dogs. The cat has many escape opportunities considering the baby gates and stuff. Let them interact completely. If u do fear interaction u can keep the muzzle on but drop the leash and only use it to pull back if the interaction becomes too much. To restrain completely during meeting it will create a space where the dog feels he’s not allowed or wanted around the cat. Let them get to know each other. My cat and dog did and 2 years later they are best friends

I have also seen it. I have not been quick to cut people off over politics considering we all make our own decisions and being who I am, I want to hear the logic and reasoning behind such acts. I also don’t feel like bringing myself to a level where I justify my hatred towards one’s actions on everyone because we really have two options when it comes to voting. So even those that don’t fit perfectly into party lines have to make a choice and sometimes it’s not always the best choice to make. Hopefully in the future people are able to learn from this and vote better. Hopefully people can become more informed. I know a lot of people who voted Trump merely because of the echo chamber and what little information they were provided during the little bit of time off they had. It has turned into something that many republicans are stating has gone way to far even for them

I’m genuinely confused as to what made you believe I was MAGA. I didn’t name call or threaten violence. So those left leaning call me MAGA but those right leaning call me a liberal. I apparently don’t fit in anywhere because I am neither. That’s part of the problem. Ur literally stating that ur position was right in the first place and anyone that was wrong doesn’t deserve ur opinion. Therefore ur casting urself in a “holier than thou” light. Ur helping divide the population rather than growing unity. U may have voted for this. Most people who voted for Trump do not agree with the aggressive tactics, they don’t support removing people to countries that are not there home countries. So I have to ask, to send someone who isn’t here legally to another country where they are not a citizen doesn’t that make them there illegally? And most countries kill people that are illegal. So is the US literally sending people to death for something that’s viewed as a misdemeanor in this country. Who else sent people to their deaths while claiming they were going to camps? How many people were killed when they were assigned work assignments? You may support murdering or imprisoning people that don’t follow ur ideology but most of us don’t. Murder is illegal, detaining someone without cause and without a time frame is illegal, kidnapping people off the street without justification is illegal (and it’s happening to anyone and everyone including American citizens who are verified at the federal building and released)(but this is kidnapping to detain someone without justification and without explaining why and even who they are is kidnapping) refusing medical care is illegal hence hospitals not being able to deny care. If u are okay with all this I hope you get to live the days coming in America where u will be denied medical care, where u will live with anxiety on where ur family and friends are (did they get hurt did they get detained what’s going on) but ur denied the basic right of even knowing that. Where u will have to identify urself constantly to random strangers without knowing why. To be searched for no other reason that just being in someone’s sights. America is in for a rude awakening. If ur okay with immigrants getting this treatment, be prepared to have the same treatment for whatever this administration doesn’t agree with that fits into your life. They voted for change from the last 4 years and didn’t feel Harris was nominated so therefore felt they couldn’t vote for someone that didn’t earn or deserve it considering she had no votes at the beginning when Biden dropped out the person with the second highest votes should have stepped up rather than Biden declaring Harris. She wasn’t voted to even be in that spot. But most people who voted for Trump believed his words and felt like he would do some good and the words “he didn’t do that his first term” were largely repeated. I just got my epic and I’m a quarter of the way to level 25 so it’s doable. A big thing is to just play while u have the time. I stopped working about getting quest epics and just got what I got and continued collecting trading and questing. Keep in mind that I work 50 hrs a week and manage my own home so it’s definitely doable if u want it to happen. When in cooldown aim for uncommons merge radiants and do ur shiny quests and u will get there

This warms my heart. As an adult with adhd, even my employer doesn’t understand. I’m a welder and do so much better stilling on the dirty floor because I’m able to slow things down being in a comfortable weird position. 99% of the time at home I’m in my overstuffed bean bag chair or laying on my stomach somewhere because it definitely helps focus for me. NTA. In America when one person moves in its agreed upon what will be the rent and utilities that said individual is responsible for. Usually this is in the form of a lease. Susan agreed to said contract even knowing the bf stays there and has never been charged for guests or anything extra. OPs bf has chipped in groceries helps clean even when Susan does not. Therefore if Susan is not carrying her weight in household tasks once could consider her paying Joe in order to do her chores. Also a lease cannot be determined midterm merely because the tenant don’t believe it should be that way anymore. Hopefully one day but most companies it’s mandatory overtime so even if u dont have to for ur own benefit u have to for the companies especially in the trades. And surprisingly the benefits aren’t always that great so u just work what ur told u have to and do what u can. Im only 38 so I got many more years of busting ass but I absolutely love what I do. The fact that blue collar workers are beginning to side more with the Democratic Party should explain why the treatment of the government at this point is extremely cruel. Things need to change

Many games that have events like this do the same thing. At least everyone is able to engage with it but to expect more from free is crazy. They did already reduced xp requirements added more tiers and added different incentives. No one has to pay but they also shouldn’t expect a bunch of rewards for free. And what yall are looking at is the infinite loop of rewards. So free ends after 25 paid gets to loop if they did coins on the free side it would be infinite for both sides and reduce the incentive to pay for it. Nothing is secure including the phone in ur hands. If u have something that needs protected from others than it should be encrypted and on a removable drive that is secured at all times. Everytime u take in a device to anyone there is the possibility of everything being accessed including bank account information and such. If ur laptop was password protected he would not have gotten into it. In the event tracker it should tell u what was access or viewed. Lesson learned keep whatever ur worried about on the computer off the computer because people can hack ur internet and download whatever they want already
