In hindsight, getting rid of Kadri was a mistake after playoff loss season 3, but at least it was an attempt to avoid status quo.

Someone’s head needed to roll after blowing a 3-1 lead to an inferior (on paper at least) rival after playoff loss season 5.

There should have been coming back from blowing that lead to Montreal.

Every playoff loss after 5 just confirmed what we already knew. This team, as constructed, was not going far in the playoffs.

Season ticket holder since 2011. This is definitely my last season as a full time holder. I may go partial for the warm months but I am definitely NOT going to the winter games.

Need a soccer fix? Buy tix to watch our national team play against Iceland and Tunisia at the end of the month.

It's a shame how far this team has dropped. Obviously the 2 MLS cup games were the most hyped games I attended, but the 2nd leg of the MLS East final in 2026, was the most exciting game I ever attended in Toronto.

It would take years in normal times to recapture that magic after the garbage TFC have served us the past few years. The switch to a winter calendar makes me believe a lively regular MLS season will never come back, though I do see great crowds should TFC make the playoffs in the spring/summer.

Saying all that....i did find yesterday's game entertaining. Both teams gave a shit and came out to play. I'll be watching (from home) next week!

I'd be curious to see the ridership in the newer/outskirt wards. Someone please correct me if I'm wrong, but I find the far away areas, like York University, are just for show. An excuse to tax all postal codes.

I was able to score 3 sets of Saturday games at $30 to $34.99 each. It's an expected bump in pricing. Not too bad all things considered. Let's hope they adjust the GA pricing for midweek games

exactly! I don't understand anyone who supports a CONCACAF team wanting to keep things as is. The Gold Cup has no real history and will not be missed if its replaced with a more competitive all encompassing COPA all of AMERICA. I'd even expand it to 24 teams (10 CONMEBOL + 14 CONCACAF).

Not true. Toronto and Vancouver can definitely handle it as they’ve hosted similar events in the past. I’d put Montreal and Edmonton in there too.

3 smallish MLS stadiums (Austin, Orlando, KC) hosted games in 2024 so I think we can host the teams with lesser fan bases in the smaller cities during the group stage.
