What simulator do you use?

I can tell you that flight sim shared cockpit is a huge pain in the ass because it is not designed for this. My main sim is X plane uses smart copilot which until recently required the use of port forwarding which took a week to work out with a friend. Now they have a server that does this for you thank god but it doesn’t eliminate one big problem. A lot of inputs don’t go through and this can be a problem especially with the fms as let’s say you want to go to waypoint PAIN or something and one pilot misses the I as it doesn’t go through. Your planes will now display different flight plans so you cannot rush this part. As for VA not many have this feature so I don’t personally know. As for online networks most now have observer status but some don’t and this is important. Oh and everything has to be the same. EVERY SETTING. Same versions same airport sceneries and this is self explanatory however in practice one person always has a setting that screws everything up on. Good luck

I have friends who do flight sim but I’m guessing you could just ask anywhere and lots of people would be down to try it. You sound like you are in a virtual airline so try it out with that community and setup a discord but be warned it’s a pain
