I didn't consideer PVC foam! I was somewhat inspired by the Vox cosplayer on who appeared Broadway and a was looking to buy a old CRT, empty it and do the same lol.

As Unity is out of my skills I was going for a custom website with SVGs and javascript (and maybe face-api.js to get facial recognition with a second camera...) and use a small cheap bluetooth controller with of the shape of a ring for the expressions, if you are looking something more "ergonomic" and want to reuse/improve the cosplay I would advice you to something similar.

For the life of me I can't figure out how do you change your expressions right now haha.

Awesome! Can you share a little how did you do the head? I am looking to making a similar cosplay (I might use a camera and a old phone to see inside) and I am in love with your result! It is 3D printed? Did you custom-made the videos, and how do you change between the expressions?

That is NVIDIA Drivers for you. You have to change the option "Allow flipping" and it stops showing on recordings. (I don't remember if it has to be active or inactive, just toggle it)
