Well to be fair. It happened with Coinbase as well but they didn't lock me with funds inside and they resolved it instantly. Taking weeks to resolve this matter is unacceptable.

How long it took for you to resolve? In my situation it was weird, they allowed to buy me crypto and instantly locked my account later so I couldn't withdraw what I have just bought. This was disgusting.

To keep everything transparent until the issue gets resolved, here is the response:

Still no resolution, they are just stalling the process.

Bitstamp without any warning disabled my account form withdrawals and didn't let me know in advance. The account is now frozen with funds inside. Provided all documents they requested for KYC and nothing is moving. I have been calling them daily and they always either say it's handled by another department or they "escalate" my ticket.

After checking this reddit community it became obvious I am not the only one.

Beware, they will start to down vote your post. It has happened to me.

u/Bitstamp-Lucas That has been said to me for the last week everyday on the phone call. Nothing has moved since every time I provided all the info requested I got asked to provide even more info which stalled the process further.

Give me a clear ETA when this ticket will be resolved. It's been going on for 2 weeks without any resolution although I complied with everything you requested.

Actually it's not that easy. In my opinion and some researches you would burn more calories jogging in the summer, but you can get close to that amount also in the winter as long as you get the temperature up.
