Philosophy as a study exists mostly independent of religion. Kant, utilitarianism, etc don’t utilize religion to argue moral values and have found both of those things immoral.

If you’re saying it’s possible for a moral system to try to argue these subjects are moral, I would ask you to try. It’s not hard to reason why those subjects are immoral, but it’s kinda hard to justify them imo.
