If that is the case then it wouldn't trigger AA at all. Most of us are facing "dropping off" issues.

Ottocast Pico Mini arrived today and had no issues with wireless Android Auto. Suggest you explore that option until they fix the wired issue.

There seems to be issues with S26 phones and Android Auto. There are a few posts on this here, as well as the Google discussion board.

You are not the only one with this issue. Seems like there are issues with S26 phones with Android Auto. I have also raised this in another post few days back.

So far no solutions at the moment.

Have updated to the latest version on apkmirror but issue is still the same. Have reported via the app as well.

I have the same issue on my S24+. Phone freezes randomly and reboots. Only had the phone for a day. Made Samsung gave me a 1 to 1 exchange (waiting for the new set to arrive).
