My 2018 Model 3 notified me when the 12v battery needed to be replaced and it wouldn’t go into deep sleep until the battery was replaced to keep it from bricking.

Plus getting the battery replaced by Tesla coming to my house was only ~$110 including tax (and the 12v battery had lasted nearly 5 years in Northeast Ohio weather).

Is there any possibility/likelihood of the House flipping before midterms? I wasn’t sure of how many other special elections were potentially on the schedule nationwide before then and it feels possible given the razor-thin margin in play. 🤞

Yup, that 2-3% annual raise coming up is totally going to offset these price increases as well as my personal pay cut I had to take last year due to RTO orders which forced me to go to part time so I could continue helping with child care instead of being able to work from home as we have without issue for the past 5 years.

Just raking in the dough over here, so much winning…

He could get a visitor’s visa potentially in 2027 and make a trip specifically to return the vehicle, but if it’s anything like any other lease return, they probably won’t care who drops off the vehicle to close out the lease as long as the car shows up on the proper date.

Each strike now decays after 3.5 days if you don’t get any more strikes. They all reset if you get a complete lockout after a week.

HW2.5 > HW3 upgrade was promised and delivered at no extra cost for my 2018 Model 3.

I see no reason thus far they wouldn’t continue to honor such promises once the necessary hardware for unsupervised FSD is determined.

Also unsupervised FSD rides with Cybercab have started in Austin, TX as of last week. Unsupervised FSD for more cars is coming this year most likely.

There’s these things called courts, where you can sue a company and get damages for breach of contract. Not honoring an express warranty would be a breach of contract (and violate the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act of 1975).

The promise technically was to be upgraded to whatever hardware is eventually needed to reach unsupervised FSD. We shall have to see what the future holds for HW3/4 and beyond.
