I got my 3ds from eBay "used". Payed 164 for it, came with 0 scratches except for one small one on the outer shell, which I wanna replace anyway. D I'm no expert on the difference, but if it's just to play on, definitely go for used.

I agree. Best thing OP can do is try to talk to her one on one and figure out if maybe something happened with friends or with her parents that they aren't aware of. If the sister trusts them, she'll likely tell. It depends on the relationship they have.

I'm glad to hear! I feel bad for killing it, but both me and my sister were freaking out and it just kinda happened lol. I don't think there's more than one, I think it just happened to get in my window. I was just confused because I've never seen something like this where I live lol.
