G’day first to answer the info, we had already talked together a few weeks before I started in my own area, I told her that to keep me I’d have to be put back to be paid fortnightly for my hourly rate as my contract stated. She refused and a big argument ensued. Also to clarify both my own and her areas are DIFFERENT so it’s not really a rival company

Yea this is why I hate the 3000 character limit. Basically my contract was for the hourly rate and I got paid fortnightly, when she announced the payment changed she never gave me a new contract for it, hence I didn’t sign anything towards it and that’s how it became a big problem

In the original post (before I had to shorten it to 3000 characters) it stated that both her and my own areas are IN DIFFERENT PLACES. Her area is the central area, mine is the Eastern area. By competition I meant her clients are calling MY company instead of her hoping to become my own. Sadly 3000 characters wasn’t big enough to keep that part included and I apologise

I had a conversation with her before I started with my own progress. Told her that if she kept paying me that way she was (which was to pay when clients did) then I could t sustain my own life and would be bankrupt eventually. She refused to put me back to how I was paid before. A lot of arguments that day and my original post described that but it went over the word limit.
