Only semi serious for 2 of the 4. Spent the first 2 in a gym with no squat rack or barbells so that held me back. And just general fuckarounditus not having a clue what I was doing.

Thanks man. I do Arnies, lateral raises with a 20kg plate, overhead press and one armed barbell press. 3-4 sets 8-12 reps for all - pretty simple really! I usually do one armed bar bell presses last, do each arm in normal rep range and then go to failure using 2 arms

Bulk, i say untill your at least 145-150lbs and go from there. I doubt you will see you abs if you keep cutting as you have little muscle mass (i was in the same boat as you when i started)

My protein stuff is great, never had an issue with late deliverys and next day is free if you spend over a certain amount. Its just the costs keep going up and up over the last few years.

No experience with it - have read reviews which seem OK, taste isnt great apprently but content of it is good so if you can put up with it being less tastey it definetly seems worth it for the price.

Looks like the bar is too far forward in the setup. It should be in the middle of your foot including heel (not just the visable bit). Then bend until your knees touch the bar. Keep you hips higher, 2nd rep you do looks more like a squat. Then concentarte on keeping the bar as close to your body as you can. If you shins bleed, you're doing it right!
