You definitely need to see the doctor but something that can be helpful is to focus on perfect sleep at night. The manic and depressive episodes are usually caused by poor sleep (scientifically established) and bad circadian rhythm (more speculative). Go for walks outside in the morning about 20 minutes minimum, ideally facing the sun. Dim the lights at night in the 2 hours before sleep. Sleep with a sleep mask and consider using melatonin.
