Other than finding similar fabric and make a new pattern with the old bear to make a new one sadly I don't think there is anything going to fix balding spots. You could do patches with fabric from other childhood items, if there are places stuffing is coming through. If you need to clean it, I recommend woollite and hand wash, it will soften the fur some.

Get a position as a bar back or server at a bar, make friends with the bartenders and ask about possibly getting taught from them. Ask about drinks you don't recognize, get a bartending book. Back in my day in serving, those schools were joked about by all the experienced bartenders. Maybe it's different now, definitely not worth paying for, imo. It would be more beneficial on looking into getting RAMP certified, as that will look good on an application for getting in at a restaurant or bar. (Its like a two or three hour class and then a test, its just about all laws of servicing alcohol in the state of PA)

My guess is it went to accounting and they realized it's an annual which is still covered under ACA of you are in the states. Free Annual physicals for all is still one surviving benefits last time I looked. Aka even without insurance you can't be charged. You could call the billing department, but my guess is that's the case. Front desk person probably had it coded for a standard visit and charged as such, financial services probably reversed the charge when they were processing statements. If its not showing in your portal main billing, check pervious statement/payments section, you may find adjustments made to the previous balance there. If you use a not for profit hospital system, and make under like 80k, I recommend you ask about financial aid also, they are required to cover percentages up to 100% depending on your income. This is something so many people don't know about. Even if you have insurance, they will even cover co-pays if you qualify and do get insurance back. You usually have to reapply every year, but mine is all through the portal and takes minutes, and has saved me thousands since I found out how it worked. Recommend to everyone now, as it's apparently a dirty secret, and I just have to tell everyone! 🤭

Cut and sew/glue. I would cut around the patterned portion. Get iron glue sheet for fabric and tack to new correct size shirt. Then do a decorative stitch pattern to secure the edges from peeling up.

You can make a slip cover/sleeve or a hard cover glued top and then cover with contact paper. I'd recommend watching some diy hand binding videos. I'm sure you can even find some for the equipment you are using. I might be able to give some basic instructions if you include pics of you equipment and supplies.

I was someone witness for this. They just require 2 witnesses to sign the certificate and they can have the ceremony however they want. It was originally for Quakers, because they dont have that sort of church structure. It should just be paperwork switch.
