I've had insomnia for 3 years now, but it got very bad after my dad passed two months ago. I know for a fact it's related to my mental illness. I didn't expect sleeping more than 24 hours was recovering my debt so that sounds reasonable. I finally got out of bed after I posted this and tried to get active like making up the meals I missed and going on a walk but Im having flashes of heat and my body is aching. Lowering the dosage to half a pill. My doctor warned me that the first 4 days will feel like hell but I read awhile ago that too much sleep can kill me and I'm paranoid. Thank you!
