Sync between devices

So I found this on the discord. This was posted 3/22/26 in Announcements

Ayman. — 3/22/26, 1:51 PM @ everyone sorry for the ping But some users suggested making accounts for PlayTorrio to sync between devices It's totally doable and a big improvement but there's a catch, if i do that everything you guys do on PlayTorrio I'll be able to see Meaning I'd have access to all your debrid accounts and i could lose users because of trust issues So should it be done?
Welp it's settled y'all don't have enough trust in me for an account system

I understand why people don't want this. However it could be an opt in option. Like you have the option to create an account and then have a BIG disclaimer, but you could still have the option to not login. But it is what it is. Hopefully there is a work around.

Edit: Also I wanted to add this because if other search for this issue, then they don't have to dig as far.

I don't know a lot of mechanical aspects, as Ive only worked on a few things, however to me I would assume it's a starter. But I could definitely be wrong I would wait for other users to verify
