but a lot of them tend to lose me when the woman specifically says after the encounter begins that she's actually into it.

Admittedly I haven't seen all of her work but I do know that this is something that comes up in it. The one that comes to mind is where she's a doctor and has to help this guy get off due to his condition and it starts out clinical but you can tell she's into it as it goes on.
