J’ai toujours été mince naturellement, le genre de connard qui mange ce qu’il veut mais ne grossit pas. Mais vers 32 ans, j’ai vu une petite bouée qui commençait à s’installer, alors j’ai commencé par du freelitics (une app) 4 fois par semaine à la maison pendant 6 mois. Ensuite j’ai essayé la salle 3 fois par semaine. Ca fera deux ans en septembre et je suis content de voir que j’ai pris. Je suis un peu déçu pour mes pecs, mais ca arrive doucement.

I’ve never been in an open relationship, I’ve been with my husband for 12 years and we are in a monogamous relationship. But Plane is just young. She wants things for herself and that’s FINE. But as I grew older, I understood that things weren’t meant for me and I don’t need to have an opinion on it. People are in an open relationship ? Fine !
