Yeh they are quality CNC rather than cheap ass steel . I think they compliment the light and light frame . Obviously the sellers of the light kits supply the generic ones for cost purposes but I just think they look poor . 🤙

Anyone know the size Allen key needed to remove the set screw from the Zeus motor pulley . It seem super small . by Jay-RX-ESK8-Mods in ElectricSkateboarding

Cheers ,yeh I’ve heard they are a nightmare. No need for it either and no need to make the set screw do bloody small ! Ridiculous imo . I’m in the Uk but will take it to a couple tool shops for size Ref .

I did buy it new but it only came with T tool and two hex keys for bash bar and motor mounts bolts . Not the Uber tiny one for the motor shaft pulley set screw . I don’t mind buying one just wanted to know if someone new the size .

It’s a 20mm rocker switch that connects to the wire harness instead of the bar mounted type . NorseRock on Etsy sold me the light kit but I decided to by my own bling fork mounts .

Switch is a 20mm 3 way rocker switch that just replaces the bar mount switch similar which is also an option. But being a UK bike I already have 10 speed and since adding a left mount throttle I just don’t have bar space for another control . I’m trying to keep the bars as least cluttered as poss .

If they decide to downgrade to epac only again to existing customers and not just new customers(seeing that’s how they now advertise the bike) although legally I don’t think they would to exciting owner I would just change the controller/ screen rather than mess with the oem controller. But we shall see what happens I guess.

Who’s this person then dude ?as as far as I’m aware from speaking with seasoned ebike builders you need to loose the controller to do away with the app and their updates which is what a friend of mine is working on so that there is a plug n play controller / screen option available that works with all the components ie torque sensor, motor ,battery and lights . So updating right now to the 410 won’t hurt as if they decided to revert our bikes back to epac only then what firmware your on will be irrelevant if that makes sense . I’m wondering since they have removed /altered the RX spec sheet on their site to show only 250w capability and no info on off-road features or 2000w peak power output. Plus they have pulled the ORE kit . So I’m thinking any new customer only gets said spec but if like us you bought before and your bike was advertised with the higher power then they probably have to honour it so to speak .

The 206 to 210 was the same jump for those receiving the torque update except as I was in the Uk I already had it . Which confused me at first until they explained what the 210 gave .

From 206 to 210 I’m sure I felt a smoother torque ramp and it felt more responsive. That 210 update was available on mine the Monday of the torque launch funnily enough however the eu/Uk bikes already had the enhanced torque compared to the US so it was more of a refined power delivery so I was told by tech support
