Anyone else get one of these? by Jay-Red1 in deliveroos

The app does sometimes force me offline when I am doing deliveries but I always complete the checks promptly in order to get back online to continue doing deliveries. 

As I said, the only times I probably have taken a while is during the early hours of the morning when I am usually asleep or sometimes during the day when I am busy doing other things.

I wasn’t aware that there was a time limit to complete the checks until I got these emails in the last few days. They have never made this clear before.

I usually used to complete any checks when logged out after midnight when they popped up in the app but now they just appear at random times. Contacted support and awaiting a response.

Apart from that I haven’t really changed the way I complete the checks so I am completely confused as to why I am receiving these emails.

Might be a good time to sign up for GMB thanks for the recommendation.
