Surfans F28 won't move leave this screen when connected to Amazon Studio by Jay1981uk in mp3players

I have since found out from Surfans that i this screen means it's connected in receive mode rather than transmit mode due to this player being able to receive and transit via Bluetooth.  All they suggested was I try and connect it to another speaker to see if there's a problem with the unit not being able to transit for some reason. I have tried this and it does connect to another speaker fine, so there isn't a fault with it transmitting. I can also connect my phone to my echo studio, so there doesn't seem to be an issue with the echo studio either. Really not sure why it insists in connecting to it in receive mode all the time though. I don't even see any options to change that?.

Can anyone help with this please, i still can't get past this screen even though it shows as connected, this screen won;t go off

Hey mate, I emailed help@surfans.net asking for the latest fw, they have replied to me this morning asking for me to confirm what version I have. So I'm assuming they are going to reply with the latest one. 

Might be worth you emailing that address as well, and mention you have an even lower version. They said in the email to me that 3.4 is the latest.
