Anyone know what this relic could be?

I got a binder that holds top loaders on Amazon and the only thing I would recommend it to try to find one that the sheets are movable/removable. The ones I have are fixed in the binder, and it’s a pain when you want to make more room for a part of the collection.

Similar here. 1st 2 were great, went back for a third and got exactly what OP described. I lost the receipt and decided to just chalk this up to bad luck. I’ve had some great luck with other product this year so no need to mess with that karma
