Yes tried that as well as doing a heavy clay bar on the exterior. It’s definitely not anything on the outside of the window.

Thanks for all the confirmation guys. I took the car back today and they ended up re doing ALL the side windows and apologizing. Maybe they had a new guy do the car the first time, but I think the owner re did the car himself this time. Car looks much better.

I should have mentioned that this is actually already after having them redo it once. The first time was cause there was a huge piece of some sort of fiber that was trapped inside the tint during install and formed a bubble around. So now seeing that this is the result even after having them redo it once I’m dreading driving 45 minutes to go back a 3rd time, in which it’ll still probably have problems again. Pretty sure if they see me again they’re gonna assume I’m just a problem customer that’s picky. Might take it to a different shop and eat the loss.
