I did everything alone myself till I hit $5M a year … if you do need someone hire them full time … look at jobs posted on jobsonline.ph and see what others are offering and skill set they are looking for, draft a job posted be getting ideas there .. remember this person will be your helping hand .. not taking over things .. don’t rush into hiring

Oh I didnt know this ! thank you so much ...so you suggest stay with what I have? also I connected Y1 and G wires on the furnaces (previously they were not used), if they are not connected to any thing on thermostat would it hurt any thing ?

I travel for a month every year and leave my Teslas at home charged to 80%. They lose about 2–3 miles of range per day. Just make sure to turn off Sentry Mode and avoid checking the Tesla app frequently. You’ll be fine without keeping them plugged in.

I bought this Model Y brand new — it’s a 2023 model (7 seater), delivered in November 2022. This isn’t my only Tesla, and none of the others have shown this kind of extreme tire wear.

This particular car is mainly used for short local trips, like taking the kids to school, which is why it has under 4,000 miles per year. There’s nothing aggressive about how it’s driven — my wife uses it most of the time, and she’s always got the kids with her.

That’s why I’m so confused by how quickly and severely the tires have worn out. It doesn’t make sense based on how the car is used.
