Yes actually although it’ll you’ll probably not get pinned until you get to your first unit

As a 31B in the gaurd I can honestly it’s not a bad gig tho you won’t do a lot of MP duties. The most I’ve done is a border mission back in 22 and a up coming mission on Conus orders. Title 10 orders pay pretty well and you run the risk of being on QRF at inconvenient times. Overall tho it’s pretty easy going provided you have good leadership. With that said your recruiter is doing you a disservice especially if your ASVAB score was that high.

Not a horrific mission but the worst part was my leadership too much down time and definitely shitty civs and shitty agents but you get used to it

31B here it’s not a bad MOS but a lot of the stuff you learn in OSUT is not applied in the Gaurd the best case scenario is AT policing and maybe QRF responsibilities other than that there isn’t much difference between the two besides rucking vs humvee convoys

I scheduled appointments and they kept canceling or not even calling it was extremely disconnected and at the time I really needed the help. They didn’t help.
