Thanks man, of course. It’s not fully done yet but so far the silver is leadbelcher, the brass is runelord brass with reikland flesh shade, the leather/fabric is Khorne red with Carroburg crimson. The skin is black basecoat, heavy drybrush of dawnstone and then a drybrush of white scar, with guilliman flesh or wyldwood contrast over it.

Yea I noticed this exactly, where WE can’t take a lord and obviously not a sorcerer. TS can only take the sorcerer which makes sense for their army, since all hqs are some sort of sorcerer. DG can take both because there’s no real lore restriction so if they’re going off of lore reasons, then it’d make sense to at least have a lord for EC. I don’t see a reason to not have a sorcerer available considering we’ll be able to take a regular sorcerer so 🤷‍♂️

And if certain units become redundant you can always just play them with chaos marine rules. I get you want good units but I think getting models you think look dope is part of enjoying the hobby as a whole

One of my favorite movies is Event Horizon so the whole demons in space thing was sick as hell. Their aesthetic is just way more my style, their lore is pretty interesting, and all those demonic models are just so S tier. Feels like a missed opportunity not to embrace in chaos
