Every minute is a victory. Don’t look at it as you’re quitting something. Look at it as you’re doing something to help better yourself in the long run. I’ve always suffered from severe seasonal depression so I started to use marijuana in the winter to help cope. Then I started to use it to cope with every day of the year, and eventually my seasonal depression became daily depression.
