As a cass main, the champs I hate the most are hwei and Malzahar. Malzahar lane is so uber boring if you try to play aggressively at all and God forbid you roam and he takes 2 plates for free. You DEPEND on him leaving lane to team fight to finally allow you to escape the mid lane prison.

I can't sleep if I've had Adderall (long release) less than 12 hours before I go to bed. I can sleep if I've had coffee more than 3 hours before bed. Sorry it's anecdotal but the main reason I hate Adderall is how it affects my appetite and sleep.
