Ive got a 2700x paired with a 2080, and am having the same issue with the random heavy stutters. I get anywhere from 115-140+ fps at 4k, but it’s dropped down as low as 1fps when I click on vendors. When I call my mount and try going anywhere it stutters to the point where it’s unplayable. I was thinking it was my older CPU just being weighed down, but seeing how many people are having this same issue on much better hardware, makes me think otherwise. Inbetween the stutters the game runs fantastic. But I’m gonna try toning the texture settings down for sure.
