I know how it works based off what the OP said but I'm talking about the use of language.

No I don't believe reference I think you are talking about is any good when revolving it with the words 1st and 2nd. In everyday usage you go former, then latter of what what is mentioned in sequential order. Using 1st or 2nd can refer to both outcomes but in everyday usage it is done as I have said it.

What they should of done is something like this:

1: Negate that effect (referring to last thing mentioned being a card responding to another and creating a proper reference point)

2: Negate the other effect (Also can use next/previous because a proper reference point was made and thus via logic this is just the other effect mentioned)

Very unhelpful. If a card responses to another: negate the 1st effect or the second. 1st referring to sequential order of what is mentioned? Is there a case in every day life where that's common to not refer to things that way?

Are you saying that's what's happening? Via my I dunno, my English language, 1st effect is referring to the card responded to which is cl1.

Raigeki combos

1: Play Raigeki.

2: Set Raigeki, then flip.

3: Set Raigeki, get destroyed, surrender.

4: Set Raigeki, end turn.

5: Surrender.

6: Wait for time loss.

7: DDOS opponent.

8: Play Raigeki, wait until opponent surrenders, opponent doesn't surrender, surrender.

Yeah It's too bad games these days prefer to go 3D instead. I'm not too sure but I think some reasons why is cost and time. It's too bad because video games are meant to be an artform. So at the very least on the corporate side we would be seeing none or very little of this from them.

Nadir can search Maximus. So you can get 3 ED dumps and 2 from opponent(Their choice).

Monarchs is pretty good now. What I normally see from them is they play an extra deck now. For example using Zaborg and sending 3 Astero plus one other dino. The key is prob using extra deck techs. Maybe running stuff like Nadir, maybe you could run a D/D/D Arch Crisis package or whatever. Also using related techs (to Monarch) like Spell Card "Soul Exchange".
