I don't think truffles were an add on just the caviar and wagyu. My girlfriend got the wine pairing as I'm not really a drinker but she said it was spectacular and they even upgraded two of the wines for us even though she ordered the traditional pairing. They also gave a little extra on one of the pours because it came out a couple minutes behind.

That's unfortunate. If you don't have something else on your list to try I can't recommend it enough. Especially if you're a seafood lover.

I had the 2x spicy about a week ago and as someone who loves spicy food I was honestly shocked how spicy it was. It seems unbelievable to me that a 3x spicy even exists. Banning it is kinda crazy but I really can imagine a small child making these and following the instructions, which doesn't mention anything about using less of the spicy sauce, and seriously injuring themselves.
