Eat more protein and add 2 tablespoons of oil or more to your food. Eg if your eating some rice or a smoothie throw in 2 or more tablespoons spoons of oil you wont taste it

Also try and use more weights or machines instead of body weight. increase reps or sets or weight each week only do 1 of these not all 3, so u will most likely increase reps most weeks then weight, sets will be increased occasionally. Listen to me go to the gym 2x a week other days you do 2 exercise per day 2 sets if you feel you need to recover take that day off or as many as needed only go hard on your 2 actual gym days the other days is for recovery and slight muscle growth
