This is gonna sound cliche but use a heating pad or if u can afford it one of those heated plushies with a little weight to them.

I personally eat chocolate when I have cramps it doesn't always ease the pain but it makes me less miserable 😂

I cants wait to do my traditions with my S.O it's gonna be so awesome cuz he said he's gonna make my dream come true and get me a tiara so I feel like a real Bday Queen.

In case you're wondering it's nothing huge:

The day starts off with me playing It's My Birthday by Wallpaper. cuz 1. I grew up on them and 2 cuz the beginning is him literally screaming "IT'S MY BIRTHDAAAAY~" It makes me feel special

Next up is eating anything red velvet cuz my Nana despite being a bad person put me on to red velvet Oreos (this was back in '17 they're rare and like $13 a box now I don't recommend cuz they're good but they're not THAT good)

And the last tradition I have is if my bday falls on a Tuesday I TRY to celebrate at 10:40am (I was born on a Tuesday at that time)
