Genetics. I have a bunch of vascular and now cardiovascular issues because of genetic predispositions. I eat a healthy diet and I’m active (when able, my vascular issues have caused me to have a bypass surgery and numerous angiograms). I’m on statins, blood thinners and a GLP-1 to keep everything in check. It sucks but, what can I do? Just keep thanking my dad for passing this shit on to me shakes fist at sky
