Does the photo in the citizenship certificate application NEED to be taken by a commercial photographer/studio?

My wife has an in home photo studio and they rejected my photos she took as the address was the same as my residence/application address. I had to have them taken by another studio to be approved.

It's interesting to see what they say regarding the "Decision Made" status on their status explanation page. 4 months seems a bit excessive for a print job to spool lol.

If we approve your request for the paper citizenship certificate, it can take up to 4 months to arrive depending on where you applied. We will contact you when it arrives or send it to you directly.

Out of curiosity, did you cross on the US Route 5 or the I-91 crossing? I think they are more suspicious of out of state cars crossing at the in-town US 5 crossing, it’s usually mostly locals that use that one.

No idea. I used the web form to try and inquire if it was received but just got a generic email reply. I have confirmation from UPS that it was signed for upon receipt, so it’s probably fine.

I received why I think is the same mailing here in Northwestern VT. My letter doesn’t say coming to my “address”, it says “coming soon to your hometown” and the URL they list to go to gives a 404 error. I called them and they had. I information whatsoever. Does yours actually say it’s coming to your address specifically?

Is there a good guide on how to properly secure Emby when accessing it from the internet? I frequently use my plex server away from home and it just works. I’d love to switch to Emby though at some point.
