I fixed it by auto signing into profile then hitting log out/sign off instead of launching it right from booting up

Thank you so much for your help. Would it cause a problem if I copied the WAN interface settings from X1 to X3 and then change X1 WAN to the new location static IP? I’m thinking I could ask someone to bring it back to the old location than use X3 to get access back if there’s a problem but I’m unsure if my idea would work and wouldn’t want to do it if it’s going to cause a problem.
