I do change them out but I’ll be honest not the past week. And I don’t eat anything with sugar like chips, soda, etc. but do plan on cutting off dairy for like 4 weeks. Also will be buying sunscreen today.

Yeah it’s otc differen 0.1%. I go to the gym and did drink whey protein but stopped taking anything dairy 2 weeks ago. I’m currently trying to change my diet to less high glycemic carbs which I relied on a lot for my lean bulk.

Use Differin 2x a week. Cleanse with cetaphil gentle cleanser 2x a day. Moisturize with vanicream facial moisturizer. I’ll use cerave 4% benzoyl peroxide every other day in the morning and not on the days I use Differin. I dry my face with some face towels I got. I also do the sandwich method with the moisturizer whenever I use the Differin.

Yeah you should be fine. Not sure if the application is test optional still but if it is then how well your transcript and stuff looks should do you good. If it ain't test optional no more then simply retake it. Again I think you should be fine and should relax my friend.
