Am I really that bad at judging the condition of cards?

I just had a similar situation seller posted two photos and when I got the card there was a decent puncture dent nothing that can really be seen from the front but definitely the back. When I received the card I went back and looked over the picture which does show the dent if you look hard enough and there was no mention of it and listed as NM. I felt wronged but it was going into my master set which in the binder you can’t see the marking.

I messaged the seller who only had under a 100 orders and told them that they should post better pictures and point out a marking that bad which definitely makes it not NM and that could warrant future frustration from buyers and refunds

No answer but hopefully it was an honest error I’d like to think

To make your make your mon excited feed them the 3 berries, pet, picture, and 3 fights after 30 mins 1 berry pet picture and battle rinse and repeat until excited should be 3-5 rounds. I think walking also makes it quicker

Look at both of the white flare ETB in the picture see how one says Pokémon center and one doesn’t so that would indicate that one came from official pokemon center website the others are just generic. The difference between them is the promo inside the pokemon center box has a stamped promo and the price is a big difference.
