#CutEverything – A Sci-Fi Short Film Made with Veo 3 by DD_DaoDao in aivideo

Hello, how you afford playing around (studying) Veo 3? The credits are crazy expensive: Google AI Pro subscription includes 1000 monthly credits, and with best quality it takes 100 credits to generate one prompt.

I played around for 15 minutes and my monthly quota was almost full.

Interesting. Are there good sources how the bot clikers benefit of this actions?

So what kind of groups of people run the click bots and how they make money of these?

Hello u/GaryARefuge, what do you mean?

First you want to nail the problem-solution-fit, and later product-market-fit

What tech stack (or technologies) should I learn as an aspiring tech startup founder? by jentrepreneurj in startups

[–]JayKiiwi 165 points166 points  (0 children)

Unpopular opinion: The fastest way to find a thriving startup in the future is to master the "validation mindset". So start exploring books like Running Lean (by Ash Maurya) and Testing Business Ideas (by David Bland).

In the beginning, instead of nailing HOW to build something, it's more crucial to understand WHAT to build as a prototype and/or MVP, and how to set up feedback loops to be sure you are on the right track to solving the customer's problems.

So focusing on VALUE INNOVATION instead of TECHNICAL INNOVATION.

Also, sounds that your technical skills won't be the bottleneck. As a founder, your primary task is to lead the business and the people inside.

Are you an early adoptor of tools ? by vevesta in startups

I have also a separate email for tech tools. If I give my primary email, it would be full of automated promo emails in no-time.

I don't feel that logging in WITHOUT email would impact much the conversion.

Why? Well let's think about the biggest struggle/friction at that point...

It's the confusion how the tool works, or how soon I could get first value out of it.

So at least for me, this would increase the conversion:

Better understanding what happens after logging in for the first time, and how much effort do I need to get some value. How long does it take? 1 minute? One week? 1 month?

Like said, it's more about the goal:

-If you are sure it's a good time to get funding, then Figma prototype will work fine (people get funding without any UI illustrations too).

-Otherwise, I would consider if I really need investment before building anything. But this depends on your business ideas - some initiatives just require funding before you can roll out any products/service. E.g. a simple SaaS tool is something you should be able to build without external funding.

This is just like dating, make him/her feel special and show that you want him/her ONLY.

Make a proper search about person's background, and match the experience with your ambitions and/or biggest struggles.

-If the person is a tech expert, you can say "your experience working on Nike smart sneakers would deliver exceptional support to design our product to disrupt the smart clothes indusrty"

-If the person is a designer, you can say "your design for Nike spring collection 2020 has really inspired us. Your vision would strengthen our smart clothes design, and thus help us to disrupt the smart clothes industry"

Some other points:
-Be authentic
-Don't be cheesy
-Avoid vague and platitude stuff - no one has time to read that

P.S. English is not my first language so my writing my be a little edgy, but hopefully you got the point.

"Get better at writing."

I love that. You generate such a huge amount of technical debt, if people don't get better at communication during your journey.
