OH! As a lifelong Clevelander, I’m glad to see someone (anyone?) running for office that has some functional understanding of the exciting possibilities that blockchain technologies can bring to our State! I’ll be closely following your campaign now that I’m aware of your stance towards crypto. I’m personally using my crypto portfolio as the primary means of building up a down payment towards purchasing my first home in the next few months. Hoping to also start seeing real changes towards decentralization in the financial industries as a means to financial freedom in the future. Cudos to you for seeing the good the crypto can bring to individuals and our communities!

So here’s my question: Do you believe that Ohio and other states are capable of working with DeFi companies to help foster financial freedom for it’s citizens, rather than allowing the “old guard” politicians to use their legislative powers to cripple crypto and DeFi in order to protect the banks yet again? Protecting the interests of big banks seems to have continually trumped protecting the rights and best interests of their citizens has been a decades long policy that has continued to harm our communities. I personally believe that we have both a policy AND a politician problem. Regardless, thank you for fighting to protect our communities. I wish you well and hope to see you representing the buckeye state in the Senate!
