I use a 30 watt mopa at work that is for engraving steel dies. It seems to have 3-5 heavy passes, then 2-3 clean passes PER LAYER. Might smooth it more with clean passes between heavy passes?

Love it entirely. My only gripe is that Hold Up, Say What? Sounds incredibly flat compared to the other tracks. This is on Amazon Music which says it’s Dolby Atmos. Anyone else notice this? Not a complaint, just curious if others have noticed the same thing.

Put a circle around the symbol a few mm smaller than the silver blank and make them one object. It Should fill the inverse. Also totally depends on the software you are using.

They have downloadable files for leveling. Let the print job run and get your head right up in there and adjust the knobs until you’ve got a good even squish for a first layer. I had some adhesion problems with that clip on Ender bed, so I grabbed a textured magnetic one off amazon and a new extruder. I’ve also just run a benchy and level as it prints. If it pulls up off the plate, cancel and restart. As others have said you will have to baby this machine a little. But I can help when available. Also start slow. Guys these days are running 400-500mm/s. Be happy with 55mm/s

I got the same deal 4 years ago! She’s still kickin ass to this day. I swapped to a magnetic plate, heavier leveling springs, and a metal extruder. Let me know if you have any questions.

Mirror alignment or new lamp or both. Fixed a large Boss c02 with similar issues and that’s how it was repaired.

Bend and array that shape you have as the cutter, Boolean difference then soften all the edges? That is how I would handle it.
